Your home is your base in the city and a long-term goal — start in a free Basic Studio and climb ten tiers all the way to a Mansion with grounds.

Home tiers

There are ten home tiers. They run from a free Basic Studio at the bottom to a sprawling Mansion at the top.

Premium homes (Penthouse and above) require an XP threshold, not just Younits — so you must have genuinely played to live there, which prevents shortcutting the social-proof arc with pure spending.

Interior design tool

Every home includes an interior design UGC tool (Windows and Mac) — furniture placement, rotation and some colour customisation, plus decorative items and interior/exterior walls. You can invite friends to visit your decorated home.

Your home is an earning multiplier

Home quality pays off in play: better beds recover more Energy per sleep (up to that bed's tier cap, and see Ways to Earn Younits for the Younit-per-hour effect); a more furnished home raises your Yooca's happiness baseline; outdoor spaces (Terrace and above) unlock gardening, outdoor pet play and future home-hosted events; and a higher Nett Worth — partly driven by your home and furnishings — unlocks aspirational content.

Homes are social

Invite friends over to chat, show off your décor, and (in future) host events. It's a core aspiration loop — earn enough for a great home, invite friends, enjoy the social validation, and stay motivated to keep playing.
